or do drugs. My urine smells terrible but it doesn't burn when I pee, no fever , I don't have to urgently go then nothing comes out.like a kidney pain. And sometimes my pee smells or ammonia. I have RA and take methotrexate and past two weeks Enbral . I work and life in pain....
